Casa retreat has been indulging in hard selling Holiday packages to salaried individual’s who are at the mercy of vicious economic cycle. I was told by Casa retreat management that while enrolling that in case I dont use the Holiday package, then they will refund the money.
However they have surreptitiously have a hidden clause in the agreement stating that they will not refund. The members cannot approach court’s either. They need to go to a arbitrator to get this fixed.
I had not used the membership and as a result lost about Rs 35000 to Casa retreat. I would caution all the aspirants who want to go on a holiday not to block your HARD EARNED MONEY and make a few rich BUSINESS MEN like SAUD SAIT and ROHITH richie rich.
The colleagues who had been to the resorts as well had a huge laundry list of complaints about the services rendered by casa retreat. Beware and be aware all citizens plus block yourself from being member of these schemes.Your money is hard earned and save yourself from day light robbery
