I bought Sleep well mattress on 15th from Ideal Mattress: Ideal Mattress

I got defective piece & raised complaint with sleepwell customer care [after a big wait].Sleepwell replaced mattress that turned out to be more defective.3rd time also mattress turned out to be defective. When I called Ideal Mattress owner, he misbehaved & refused to return my cheque/money. He used foul language & asked me that He is king in his business & refused to care about customer. I am extremely dissapointed about Sleepwell mattress & IDEAL MATTRESS OWNER’s behavior.
I urge all consumer to avoid IDEAL MATTRESS & help fix such arrogant business owner. Lets help consumer by boycotting IDEAL MATTRESS for misbehaving.
On top of that owner mentioned that he cares damn about customer complaint/website like mouth shut.
