While travelling in Indian Railways, one must remain alert and take precaution, as the following:
i. Do not disclose or allow anyone to have even a glimpse of what you are carrying with you,
ii. Try to gather as much information as possible about others with out disturbing their privacy,
iii. Keep your mobile best charged, if possible ready with a fully charged spare battery or a travel battery bank,
iv. Inform, as many as possible, people as you feel enough about your travel, and do keep in touch with few while on the journey,
v. Do not share your identity and purpose to anyone, co passengers
vi. Meet the TC more than one times and purposefully talk to him so that he retains your identity in his mind,
vii. Do not leave your luggage unlocked even for a while.
viii. In India it is wise to declare your relation with a big political person, community leader or something like that, in order to maintian you personal safety,
ix. Do not criticize or fall into any community debate that it becoming hot and challenging.
