Online Shopping has become craze amongst people and now you can purchase nearly everything from Online websites offering millions of products. You no need to visit physically and can choose and purchase your desired product. But online shopping has disadvantage too. some people do fraud by selling fake/duplicate/look-a-like products and I am sharing some basic but useful tips for safely online shopping :
Better to choose from reputed and trusted E-commerce website like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Snapdeal, Infibeam, Myntra, Jabong, Shopclues etc. These websites has good reputation in the market and better go with them instead of less known websites.
Always compare prices from different websites. Same product with different prices are always available and it is advisable to better compare price as some websites provides extra discount or cashback schemes.
Always check the rating of the seller(of the product). E-commerce websites are not directly involve in purchasing and selling but they are a medium or act as bridge between seller and purchaser. Better to check seller ratings and you will get idea about his delivery, service, authenticity.
Always read other user’s reviews of the product you are interested to purchase. It will give you general idea about product’s performance, quality, service & support.
Must check the terms & conditions carefully as many products are not eligible for refund and you need to be double sure before purchasing it.
