Friends never use any of the services of onlinedelivery.in to send any gifts to your near and dear ones. They deliver wrong duplicate items instead of original.
I ordered flowers and Ferrero Rocher chocolates via Order No: 4695 dated 14th December 2014, with a gift message totaling Rs.1240/- .
What arrived was flowers, a duplicate similar looking chocolate pack named "Golden passion" instead of "Ferrero Rocher" and no gift message.
This "Golden passion" chocolate is a very poor imitation of Ferrero Rocher and look wise it looks similar to "Ferrero Rocher." But it is very very bad product. It is a pure imitation of "Ferrero Rocher " and it is tastes very very bad.
We followed up with them and they initially agreed to change the chocolate. However their delivery man bought chocolates worth Rs 270 only while I had selected Ferrero Rocher chocolate worth Rs 495/-+ delivery charges extra. They said they cant replace chocolate worth Rs 495.
We simply returned the replacement worth Rs 270 and they have simply stopped responding since then. They neither replace the chocolate nor they refund the amount.
Guys please don’t order anything on onlinedelivery.in. Even if you order, please never order any thing eatable. They will send duplicate items which can even be harmful for near and dear ones if they eat.
