Never order anything from "OnlineDelivery.in." Most of us have a habit of greeting our loved ones with some surprises and So have I. I have recently ordered one of the bouquet from this site for one of my relatives anniversary, it was of 1200 rs.
I very well co-ordinated right before placing the order and took general info from help desk that what is that I wanted. They agreed on everything and went ahead to place the order. I have all the communications in writing.
When I got to see what these guys delivered, I was shocked. Neither the flowers, nor the pattern and not even the card. Nothing matched to what was ordered.
On the other hand a cheap looking bouquet was delivered which could have hardly cost 300 rs. definitely not more than that. When I contacted them and described their mess, they didn’t speak about any of the refund which is stated in their policy and to the extent of it didn’t even showed the courtesy of accepting their bullsh*t.
After a lot of fights over the email, I was not shocked when I got an email saying- "What is shown on the website nobody provides the same." I request all of you guys, please use some reputed sites for gifting flowers and other stuff that will save you from spoiling the occasion because of some unethical people in this market.
So if you want to have cheap quality flowers, wrong bouquet pattern and false or duplicate products delivery please order from "OnlineDelivery.in" else better find an alternative which is more reliable, quality adherent and ethical in this business.
