How should U sleep???

So where do I start from! Well usually humans can sleep in the below mentioned 4 ways. I’ve tried to pen down whatever I was able to realise in my 26 yrs - anyone have doubts/questions pls feel free to ask me. lets start straight away!

  1. When U lie on the Stomach: In this position - the chest is pressed - this press the rib cage this keeps the ribs in pressure the whole night, obviously the face is usually turned to the side - this brings neck problems. Also the pressed ribs squeezes the heart thereby givin it a hard time the whole night which in future compunds into major heart problem(ever imagined why so many heart patients these days) - n also this is bad for the male genetelia and the chest of a female.

  2. Lying on the Left side: First of all the human heart is on the left side n in the rib cage, therz a bit more space on the left side - so the whole night the heart will b a sort of hanging and also the intestines connect to the stomach from the right side. So when sleepin on the left side, only some of the dinner is digested n sucked into the intestines - what about the food that cannot be sucked - it remains in the stomach - givin all sorts of gases n other digestive troubles.

  3. Lying straight on the back: in this position therz usually a pillow under the head - just touch your head a lill above the neck - thatz the lower part of the brain - so in this position the pillow usually presses this part thereby restricting blood flow to the entire brain n also the back n the legs r stretched for a long time which is not good for the hamstrings, tendons.

  4. The Last and Final - Sleeping on the Right side(with the legs slightly folded): This is the perfect position, recent research has shown that this is the best way to sleep in all aspects. In this position - the heart moves towards the right side n is rested nicely the whole night pumping slowly in a rested fashion which gives it enough rest to start the new day afresh and also the dinner easly passes into the intestines easily - hardly anything remains in the stomach until morning. And did U notice. no strain on any of your joints(especially the spine). Have a not so hard pillow under ur head so that the entire spine is straight right up to the skull. Make sure that the neck is at 180 degree with the spine, no acute or obtuse angles with respect to the spine. And don’t forget to have a glass of water as soon as you can once you are up and give it some time before you have anything else. This will help flush the stomach completely. It should be ready for the new day clean and fresh. Think of UR heart as a pump that works non stop round the clock - what happens if it stops? C’mon who ever has a heart - take that as a blessing from GOD n c that U take good care of this precious little pump on which our lives depend - pls dont take it for granted - its not like ur water pump or stuff that can be replaced in a jiffy with a new one if it fails. So guys hope this mail helps U.
