Avoide smoking

Hello friends, I am pavan and today I am giving some tips on avoiding smoking,

Friends, we would have seen everywhere written that ’smoking is injurious to health’ but seeing that too no one avoide smoking cigrattes, its true, for now we get happiness in that, but in future we suffer by some hazardous diseases,

So I am giving effects and some tips to avoide smoking below,

Effects of smoking :

* it stops blood circulation in body by which our growth may stop, and we may become thin,

* we loose our body beaury and acriveness.

* feeling uncounciousness some times,

* we cant run for long time, we will be tired soon

* causes cancer

Tips to avoide smoking :

* whenever feel to smoke, have chewing gums, u will forget smoking.

* if above tip wont work, then have nicotex nicotin gums, ( in limits)

* do not think of smoking ever, and start daily exercises like running, this will remove the carbon from the heart which would further cause cancer,

* drinking more water can avoide smoking slowly,

So friends above given are the tips and effects of smoking, please do not smoke, be healthy. Fit and fine,
