There are some guidelines whenever you use social networking sites which I know and must strictly followed :
1) . DONT’s provide any confidential and your information openly to any body ( even if it is your own friend) . If needed one must message him or her personaly ( to your known friend) through chatting box. And if their is any question in your mind keep silent but you could discuss personally through chatting box.
2) . DO’s identify your name , role and your nature for any buisness purpose or any meeting matter of your work place or if anybody else joining in your workplace.
3) . DO’s be mindful when it is related to the post related your work affairs and keep it publicly as long as possible so that any one of your company could see it and it shall be discussed in future to which will describe the quality and quantity result of your workplace due to comments which have made by your working staff and it will help others too wether to join your company or not in future.
4) . DONT ’s Please never violet the fair usage of social networking sites buy posting or commenting any bad thing it will not only make your reputation bad but also your relationship with your friends , family and with world bad.
5) . DO’s. Make your personal information be present as well as honest when you socially meet some one new and dont be in hurry to share any thing online ( on social site) first meet then understand ( if you really want to improve your friendship beyond social networking sites) .
6) . DO ’s take personal responsibility by making it authorized for your wiki ’s information, blogs and any other articles on web page ( socially) .
7) . DO ’s show proper consideration for other privacy and other sensitive information like religion view and political view.
8) . DONT’s sell any product by linking your website or webpage to social networking site without any authorization from the online seller because it will become subjective to scam or fraud case. So these are some points of DO’s and DONT’s on social site which must followed . Thank you.
