I was crazy about the collection at Adidas and was waiting for the sale eagerly. the nearest Adidas store to my home was Kamla Nagar so that was a natural choice of course. when I got to the store.
I was disappointed. before I get to that let me tell you, being a salaried person I cant afford to spend 1200 bucks on a pair gym pants and therefore I think its sensible for people like me to wait for the sale time.
But when I got to the store it was disappointing to see that most of the good stuff had been pakced away. I m sure it wasnt sold coz I had been to store a day before only and was onr of the first to come for the sale.
Anyways after browsing through the disheartening sale collection, I came across a pair of pants that I liked. I went to search for the trial room but unfortunately that had been turned into a store room.’ you cant try the clothes in sale’ was the answer I got from one of the assistants.
Ouch! that hurts, I felt I was just humiliated for spending 700 instead of the normal price of 1200. I mean you can try the clothes when you buy them without any discount but you don’t have that right at sale. Thats kind of insulting.
So the track pants was returned back to the clothes rack. you even believe what else I saw. there was a shirt with a noticeable jagged end and many of the clothes available on the for sale rack was dirty. I think that was the store’s way of humiliating the people whop buy clothes at sale. not fair.
But I f you are a real Adidas fan, then you can buy your stuff from the CP branch which has the best collection. you can try the clothes there - whether they are on discount or not. the staff is also courteous and helpful as opposed to those at the Kamla nagar branch or the Rajouri branch. Boo for these branches
