About 2 months back I completed my 1 year on my Santro and was then contacted by Auto One World, also known as Trump CarCare for 1 year membership. A lot of freebies were shown to me, like Free Towing, Free Machine Polish, Free Wash & Vacuum, 1 Free Service at any of their 42 list of outlets. All of this and a lot more for special limited time annual fee of Rs. 700.00
So I immediately signed up.
1st Cheat:
Now I receive the Coupon of Free service which states 1 Free Services Coupon ENTITLED at services station mentioned overleaf. Apparently, on overleaf there are only 9 services station no where near my house?
2nd Cheat(Most interesting):
Also received a coupon for Free Machine Polish and Wash & Vacuum at VIP Automobiles, Sewri. I call these guys to send my car 2 months after joining, they immediately claim that the coupon in INVALID because the company has changed from VIP Automobiles to some other name I can’t remember. I asked them when was the company changed, the answer was a 3 - 4 months back? So how come I was sold this coupon, when they are aware of this transition.
So now I wonder if all the other membership benefits are as real as the 2 above. I now personally feel that I should avoid giving these guys my car, you never know any of their outlets could rip off my car original part etc.
My personal opinion and suggestion is to always go to your own Car(Brand) Services Stations only and not to trust these kinds of companies(A1World).
