Defeat summer??

The best enemy during summer is the hot sun. All of us think that it is too difficult to defeat the sun.


But by following a few tips we can survive summer.So here are some tips to follow by which you can conquere summer.


Tip 1: Drink as much as water you can. Do you know that in average a person should drink 12 to 15 glasses of water per day.


Tip 2: Eat raw fruits and vegetables which have more water content. Eg. Watermelon, cucumner ( keera) , oranges etc.Do not eat items like mangoes ( 1 or 2 are okay) , pickles, masala food, etc.


Tip 3: Drink buttermilk daily. Buttermilk rice is more preferable than curd rice.


Tip 4: Don’t wander outside under the hot sun or it may cause sunstroke.My final advise is to be hydrated by drinking more water and avoid eating heat causing foods.
