1-Drink water daily atleast 8-9 glasses of water.
2-Drink water in early morning without doing paste or mouthwash just awake & drink atleast 2 glasses of water.
3-Do not drink water half-an-hour before food & after one hour of food.
3-Do not drink water at standing position always drink while stting because it hits our immune system & some other reasons also.
4-Drink a glass of water after bath.
5-Do not drink more water in night.
