Tips for summer season

Do regular swimming in summer season.It helps to maintain body temperature.Eat fruits and juices and icecreams for better health which reduces body temperature.Arrange trips to a hillstation such as shimla, kullumanali etc in summer season.Avoid direct contact of sunlight in open area as much as u can.Excess being in sunlight may lead to sickness and heatstroke.In summer season most of us have vacation in which we can join extra curricular activities and learn something new.
