When u feel too hot dont rush for cold water but instead drink hot water. Science has proved drinking how water reduces ur body temperature.
Eat lots of ice creams .
Take bath twice.
Dont wear half shirts wear full shirts.
Take a bath just before u sleep but now with cold water but with warm water its because at night ur body looses heat and if u bath with cold water youll loose more heat and the next day u may get blackout in the sun.
