Summer hacks

  1. Never forget ur sunglasses.

  2. Always apply sunscreen.

  3. Apply powders and deodrants.

  4. When u feel too hot don’t rush for cold water but instead drink hot water. Science has proved drinking how water reduces ur body temperature.

  5. Eat lots of ice creams .

  6. Take bath twice.

  7. Don’t wear half shirts wear full shirts.

  8. Take a bath just before u sleep but now with cold water but with warm water it’s because at night ur body looses heat and if u bath with cold water you’ll loose more heat and the next day u may get blackout in the sun.
