Well personally I feel thay first of all you should stop hating summer, rather you should start embracing it as a season and accept that itll be there no matter what you wish. So to tackle its effect , I suggest you should keep yourself hydrated , drink lots of water! Also focus on being busy, I mean you should be working on your stuff so that you actually dont remember that youre feeling so Hot. That way youll improve as a person too.
