Healthy life

These are days which are so hot.and has a great high temperature.in which you have to maintain your body water level and stress level.first of all please drink more water atleast drink 8 litres of water per day.which you can have a good body water level.secondly eat good and watery vegetables and fruits like cucumber , tomato.etc.
