Uff , its too hot . When will it end? .I always complain . Everyone does . In India summer is a season when people suffer the most . If humidity joins hand with heat nothing can be more torturous . But there are some esape routes in which we can find relief and enjoy the summer season .I am going to share my experience about how to find relief in summer season.
WATER , WATER , WATER : ( 1) Water can be a great weapon to fight against the ills of summer . Drink at least 4 litre of water everyday . ( 2) splash cold water into the face every now and then ( 3) have bath more than once every day with cold water .
ONION: Onion can save you from loo . It can also cool your body if eaten raw .
DIET: Diet is an important aspect of summer . Try to avoid fast food , rich food as much as possible . Go for yoghurt , vegetables and fruits .
Always carry an umbrella , a waterbottle wherever you go in the daytime .
If you follow the aforesaid path you can find relief and enjoy the summer .
