Steps that needed to be taken in summer

Summer is a lazy season.We should take care of our health in summer.One must have a good diet in summer.The more heavy food you eat, the more problems of stomach you have to face.We should drink alot water in summer otherwise we have to face many problems.Water is the key to to stay healthy in summer.It also good for skin.Drink more water and stay healthly.
