I would like to give my feedback on quick2host.com. My experience with them has been quite pleasant...
I was searching on Google for web hosting and I was shocked to see their plans. I was paying over 10000 to net4india for the same plans and they are offering the same thing (and better service) at 1/10th the price… hats off!
I will give you one classic example of their support. I am not a programmer and I do not know how to upload the website and program. I found the complete details in their welcome email. When I still raised a support ticket, within 10 min I got a link to the video tutorials for file uploading. I uploaded the file but it was not displaying when I opened the website.
Then I called their call center and the person online within 20 seconds solved my problem by pointing the problem that my page (about.html) should be made as default page for the directory. Within 1 minute I got such a fabulous support from them that I am really impressed. I agree with the reviews of all others on this page and I will also give them a 5 star. We need many more such companies in India.
I really wonder such a prompt response can be expected from an Indian service company.
