2GBHosting.com:The worst customer care experience

The best thing I like about 2GBHosting is their Customer Care. They care us so much that they don’t even disturb us with a text when we stare at their Live Chat Window for hours. You’ll always meet a Shailesh, Mantesh, Rajaneesh and together these guys will make you a Kapeesh. If you are lucky (one in a thousand) a Shailesh, Mantesh or any other Kapeesh ’ll chat with you for about 30 minutes and at the end they’ll tell... "I’ll hand over this issue to the concerned person, please wait.


In this time we can check our mails, update Fb status, Download a movie/game from uTorrent or go for shopping. when you return you’ll see the same screen that all of their executives are busy... In some cases a person who is experienced with the value of time ’ll tell us to take a support ticket and they’ll get back to us soon. I respect this person very much because it is one way of telling "Get lost". He saves our time and reduces blood pressure. This unknown guy is my most favourite executive.


In a nutshell:


Very slow servers, Poor customer service, No direct contact method and all other qualities of a poor unsuccessful irritating Indian IT firm.


Never do business with these people. I strongly believe 2GBHosting is run by GoDaddy, Resellerclub or any such firms in order to increase their business.


For the last 10 days I’ve been waiting with a "Ticket". All these days I wasted about  1-2 hrs waiting for an executive to get online or to reply to the support ticket, call back tickets... Crap.
