I had my site hosted in HioxIndia last year, since their service were not good I opted other service provider this year. But these people are not willing to leave me.
The most irritating practice have come since September 9 2010, I got a mail from them saying the following;

In order to protect the security of your website, we recommend that you upgrade
the following scripts that were installed via the "Scripts Library" in your cPanel interface:
- YaBB.1 v2.3.1
Location: at https://j-k.in/jins/
Latest: v2.1
Upgrade here: https://j-k.in:20
I do not have any service with them, I have sent many mails and tried to have a chat with some, but chat person was not available even though it shows online, I have called them up and asked them to remove my id from their database. But still I am getting this mail everyday.
I have reported this as spam many times, since they use a gmail id, may be Google have problem in Spamming it.
Ultimately, I have created a filter to delete it immediately, so that I do not get any alert from this stupid people.
So, my request and advice to all is to avoid such a service provider, because if they cannot identify who the current customers, how can they give better service? So please avoid Hioxindia Hosting Service.
