When it comes to cons, there are a lot of them-
First of all they will blame on dns propagation for any issue. They don’t provide an initial setup document along with configuration email.
They just delete supports ticket. If raised, your complaint is left with no clue
on chat support
First they are not able to see on real cause and continue to beat around bush and then finally come on issue.
They remain unable to solve the issue and keep sitting with issue for long time. But yes they do try to solve the issue if they could but they couldn’t
Even after the dns propagation and setting wild card mapping web server don’t take request to application.
Also application is not getting deployed to correct place using app factory and if you upload war to standalone/deployment folder for Jboss.
Application appear as deployed but the web request not reaching the deployed application. So you will keep struggling for initial setup to even reach index page.
The people in support even at times ask you to provide them you domain credentials which one should not provide them.
Its like the basic thing to deploy just any dummy war file would be so pain. Still not getting index page of the application this is for now.
