I am hosting my dishnews forum and some blogs in the webhosting provider manashosting.My domain name is medianetwork.co.in.My forum attracts less traffic around 500 page views per day.Also, I use some of subdomains for my blogs, which attracts no traffic.
My hosting package details are Linux 2gb webspace, 10gb monthly bandwidth.For past 10 months, my site only consumes 15% bandwidth each month. I am experiencing several frequent site down problems (particularly 4th time in last six days).Because of frequent site downs, I am facing several problems to improve my site position in google search.
Yesterday(7th may 2008) I got an email from manashosting with a recommendation to use dedicated server since my site uses more bandwidth resources. My site redirected to a page which shows the following message " This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible".
Then I contacted their support department via chat option given manashosting site.Their CC officer did not aware this problem. He informed me to contact billing department through raising support tickets option via their site.Then I raised 4 tickets with emergency status and send several emails to them. So far 36 hours passed, no response for my support tickets, still they are open status.No response for my emails too.
Today morning (8th may 2008), I contacted their support department.This time they told me to provide cpanel id, password, my email id and gave assurance to solve my problem.No action till evening.Then again I contacted their support department on evening.This time also they told me to provide cpanel id, password, my email id and gave assurance to solve my problem.What a pathetic service from manashosting?
I am running my forums in this account with very little traffic.How can it consume more resources?
