Like any other Indian, I was amused by the mails I get from this website promising me of stuffs at cheap price. So I decided to purchase a Camera from this website. And while choosing the camera, it never mentioned about stocks not being available(In fact this camera was put up on the front page of their website as the best buy). It also spoke about a 7 day shipment.
So I, the excited soul placed the order. Its the 8th day and I am still waiting to get a confirmation that the product has been shipped. 3 calls to the Customer Service Desk and all that they say is it will be shipped today(it has been 3 today’s so far). And a complaint on their website is still waiting for a response. And also every time I call the reason I get is that stocks aren’t available.
I wouldn’t recommend this website to any online shopper considering what my experience has been so far. So folks please watch out before purchasing anything from this website.
