I have been banging my head against the wall ever since Indiatimes has come with the new Times Awards, as I am not able to access my e-mail account on the Indiatimes e-mail. Whenever I try to login with my user-id and password, am again led to the Indiatimes web page.
Tried to request for resolution to the problem vide their feedback option, where I gave an alternate e-mail id on which response could be sent. But all I get is that indiatimes promo mail start coming to the alternate e-mail id provided with no response as to how should I gain access to my e-mail account. Can any one guide me?
Indiatimes is hopeless. Risky to trust. Am unable to access my important e-mails, which comes to the indiatimes e-mail account.
