I am sure all of you have read the latest crime which has occured in Bangalore. But has given an alert signal to all the organizations in India. It is indeed sad to know that a call center employee has been put to death by an untrustworthy employee. Iam sure all of you would have read the whole story apart from the fact which has been stated that it was the driver who murdered her. I would like to mention my view after reading the newspaper that there are chances that her family( her inlaws) would have been involved in this murder. I know it might sound illogical and also shocking.but after reading the matters mentioned, I am assuming it. Her husband who is also a working in BPO has taken a lots of loan on her name. Now why would a guy take a loan in her name when actually he is also earning quite well. He also got a car in her name. She was insured for Rs 13.5 lac. I have my own reasons why I kind of feel this.
Moreover they had their own set of displeasures. I know it comes as a package when u get married to someone. everything is fair in love and war!.Also if you have read today’s paper, they have mentioned that the mobile phones of both the victim and the assasin is being misplaced. I know it sounds to confusing, . but some link is there with something. I have read the prev incidents which I would like ot mention in this review. When she was travelling by auto a car came and banged against it. Normally when such things happen, at least the driver who is carrying the passenger will stop and help but in this case both the vehicles disappeared as a result of which she couldnot note the numbers. But this is one major lesson for all the organizations whether it is a call centre or Sftware or Biotech.
The company should provide the transport for its employees.they can recruit their own drivers or use their security guards( I know it might sound crazy). It is also a message for the family.not to over protect their kids so much as they are the ones who will not be able to handle such problems nor will be able to analyse these situations.I know problems are also a package but unless u have minimum exposure how will u handle it. she could have saved herself using her instincts but unfortunately she was naive. she has already suffered alot.and this was the last thing she had to experience.
Also to the married women or those who are going to be married, pls be bold enough to sort ur probs. Ultimately I end this review with Prathibha. we r deeply devastated by your absence. May your soul rest in peace and may the LORD shower more love and take care of you there.
