Moreover to avoid the sleep call center ppl take coffee/tea quite frequently, that harms the health.

Most of the call centers provide services to Americans, who treat we Indians the way we r good for nothing. Sometimes they abuse badly to the call center people. You may also have heard abt some of the stories.
The culture in call centers is very open. Even gals smoke and drink too much. Holding hands, hugging, kissing is very common to most of the call center ppl. So we can guess where we are leading.
Well there are two aspects for everything good and bad, but its upto the people how they respond. The secret of happiness lies in seeing the good aspect but not to neglect the bad one and always try hard to reduce/remove it.
