The General’s Daughter is a film about an investigation into the vicious murder of a General’s daughter whose life was not what it appeared to be.
The Generals Daughter was brutally murdered. She was murdered inside the Military base. The victim was raped an then murdered. Detective Paul Berner (John Travolta) and Sarah has only 36 hours to search for the killer before FBI is brought in.
(John Travolta) a sergeant who is working undercover with the army’s criminal investigation division. Though a non-commissioned officer, he seems to have the authority to bust personnel as high as generals, but not just to apprehend them. The case puts the whole military mentality on trial.
Everything is showing towards a sexual related murder and Sarah Sun hill (Madaleine Stowe) who is an expert on these cases, teams up with Paul.
They soon find out that the general’s daughter led a double life with a lot of dark secrets. A lot of people wanted her dead.
Whats the mistery behind this murder has to be found, so Paul and Sarah have to ’’dig’’ back seven years. But military has its own rules an laws with them a world where nobody asks any question and even less tells any secrets.

It’s a very good an decent old movie but worth watching it…
