My wife booked a cab one day in advance to travel on 15:30 hrs, on 28th nov 2014. The booking was expected and she was waiting for the cab to reach, the cab driver came at 16:15 hrs after continuous follow-up.
Then on the way the driver was highly unprofessional, very rude and was continuously speaking on phone throughout the journey(which is an offense). And driving purposely very very slow. For a single women passenger this is a very very scary experience.
I had called Genie cabs to register a complaint but they just listened to the story, provided no complaint number. And no action taken.Meru should be fined for such offenses by their drivers. Single women travelers DO NOT take Genie cabs.
