Today, I am here to share my wonderful experiences I had through out my tenure of one year with Genpact. I have joined the company as an executive level in the year of 2011 and worked there till June 2012. I have got several opportunities while working with the organization.
The best thing with Genpact is they provide a lot of training facilities to their employees and above all that, you will get an employee satisfaction over there. Though, I agree that there are some issues with the salary and they do not provide high pay scale, however, there are a lot of other benefits.
You can easily grow your career while working with Genpact as few of friends has also went abroad on training. Overall, I liked the working environment and want to go there again.
