I joined in Genpact company as fresher. Its a Good company for freshers specially because it provides more opportunity to learn new things as per our requirments. In short I can say Education + Employement.
However it gives less package compare to other companies but from growing perspectives its one of the best company to work. More flexibilty work plus fun.
