When I came out of home first time looking for the job at Delhi in 2014 . I always thought its easy to find the job after study. But I was wrong. Everywhere everyone need experience for good job and salary. No one is interested to take in any position. Then I thought it is the time to join BPO/KPO Telecommunication companies. Then I walk for a Genpact interview walk. it was my first interview and I was selected for this. After Training work has been start. its was a evening shift. Cab facility was make me
easy to manage night shift. It was a great training batch of Ms. Sunita. Sunita was trained us well. Every thing was unforgettable. I was learned many kinds of new things from there. Briefly I think today I am a Senior Manager in a MNC company . Because of Genpact. Everything was learned from my starting company .
If we ware discussed about salary I ask you its was fantastic, on time I was received the salary credit message .
every one was so frank in campus, I feel like I am in family. there is no difference any kind of little and poor, black or white.
