I have worked for this company for more than 9 months as a fresher. But I found no scope, or you can say future growth and promotions. But one good thing about this company is that it helps to improve communication skills alot. I have worked for the jaipur location. And the office setup is so good. As we all know that Genpact is a leading BPO and KPO in the ITES field. But now they are not hiring B.tech students. This is really very embarrassing from them. Genpact is located at multiple locations in many cities. If you are B.A. or B.S.C. and looking for jobs in BPO then you can go with Genpact. The selection procedure is very simple, you have to crack the interview. The only drawbacks is less salary and delay in promotions.
