I have been working at Genpact full-time(More than a year)
Pros
Genpact is really one of the best to work all because of it’s values and culture. Along with it helps and focus on personal development by providing best training for our career and personal growth.
I will definitely recommend folks to start with Genpact.
Cons
Though Genpact do have some downsides as all other companies have, I think 1st and last is Salary which is of-course a big thing and important factor for living hood however if you want to learn and develop this factor can be ignored to some extent.
Advice to Management
From my experience with Genpact my only "Advice to Management" is to have better, clear and structured way of promotions(next level in the organization). According to Genpact policies a person gets eligible for his next level in the organization after full-time working with the organization however many a times seen that things are not schedule are not done at time and takes long to complete the whole procedure.
