A job is really important in everyone’s life or career. Well, finding a good job is both not easy and not too had(if you are good enough to understand). Well, today I would share my experience with Genpact I have worked with this wonderful organization for two years and seven months. I joined this work place in May 2012 and left:( in November 2014.
Well, leaving this company was a bit hard to me since it was my first job which I earned and I made the best decision to join this organization to give a start up to my career. You have a job security, good management(stands with you anytime), good work environment, and the best is the kind of training you get while you are on the floor.
Genpact gives you everything you need to learn and explore you world. You get the opportunity to work with Six Sigma holders and I too completed this course where the trainers over there helped me a lot.
I would love to go back and work with them and I am looking forward for it:)
