The story is all about the future of earth as in the near future earth is going to be disaster prone and in the movie the earth is protected by a weather controlling space station known as Dutch Boy. As the station crashed due to some glitch in the system and a huge array of storms starts due to its malfunctioning. Falling of Dutch Boy gives birth to an international mission lead by the fallen inventor( Butler) . In the mean time his brother( Jim) discovers that behind the crashing of Dutch Boy there is an assassination group who wants to kill U.S. President( Andy) and take over the world what’s left of it after the storms wipes out every thing.
