This company is supposed to be founded by highly educated professionals(Rahul Chowdhury and Murali Bukkapatnam). If you see their website and founders profile, you will easily get impressed and contact them. The agent on the phone will be urging you to pay the registration fee online and next day the domestic help will be there.
Now you pay and then no body will turn up. Initially they will cook up some story(the maid has gone for health check up) and then they will stop attending your call(the same girl will say her name is different and she is ignorant of everything). So you will get fed up and they run away with your registration fee.
This is my personal experience with the Mahipalpur, Delhi office of get domestic help and the girl in question is some Christine.
**I will request the founders to at least tell their employees to be honest with customers, otherwise people will start doubting the credibility of management professionals from Kellogg School of Management, US**
**==Update, 3 Months after paying the registration fee==**
1. After many follow ups, one maid was sent
2. The maid was an addict(asked me to bring Gutkha for her)
3. The maid was abusing the agency by revealing its secret underbelly activities(sic)
4. After much persuasion, the maid was taken back by agency
5. Although she came on trial and did no work, we had to pay 1 week salary at the hypothetical full rate(i.e. they will say that the maid is fully trained and would expect 12K monthly salary. After a week you will find that the maid does not know any work, so you return her but the high salary remains same and you have to pay at that rate, irrespective of whether the maid was worth 2K monthly salary.
6. If you resist, they will threaten you, but if you don’t budge they will eventually settle on whatever you pay.
7. Since then, no maid has come up.
**Bottom line, GDH gets untrained, crooks as maid, and put them on "Experiment" on your home. You have to bear the burnt and pay the crook as well. After 3 such "malicious experiments" they will coolly shrug off their responsibility to even send another crook to your home. **So you pay the registration fee, all the so called salaries of the maids, their food and other facility etc. and at the end gets nothing but harassment and trouble. ****
