One of the worst online shopping experience!

My husband ordered for a watch on 21st December and apart from the order number there was no way to track the status of the shipment till 5th of January. When called to check about the delay, the reasons given were that they had year end shut down! If that’s the case, can’t they inform the customer about the delay at the time of order? I found out later in other reviews that this is the case with others too!


I would never buy again from this website especially if this is for a gift!
