I ordered for a casio clock from this website on 17-09-2013 vide order no: 1400019746. But when there was no delivery even after 10 days I sent e-mails to company to inform me the delivery status but the company has not yet replied to my e-mails.
Today after logging in to my account I noticed that my order has been cancelled by them on their own but the amount is yet to be received by me till date. This is sheer unprofessional service on part of the company to first take order with full i.e 100 % advance money and then don’t deliver the product and also don’t bother to even reply to the customer.
I required the product urgently but they kept me waiting for 20 days with no intimation. My advise to all to buy from other online sites rather than ghadiwala.com.
