This movie got mixed reviews. I thoroughly enjoyed it. We all have read enough of reviews. Let me tell u why you should watch it while I brief you on the story line.
The movie begins with Amir in rage, anger, hatred which he does at his best. Moving on we are introduced to a medical student played by Jiah Khan. Now we come to know that Sanjay Singhania (Amir) is a patient of short term memory loss, his brain can store any data just for 15mins. The suspense is intact as we have to wait and watch the reason behind this tragic life? Why is he killing people around? What is he searching for?
An inspector who suspects him for the murders in the city follows him to discover an apartment which is dark consisting of photos, maps and everything strange. The inspector gets a diary and thus we come to know the story behind this abnormal man. I don’t mind watching the movie again and again just to watch the love story which begins here after. We are introduced to Kalpana (Asin) a model whose character is bubbly just like that of Geet in Jab We Met. Her first meeting with Sanjay. The humour, his love, her innocence her kindness. Everything is just perfect.
There comes the twist where on her way to Goa for a shoot she rescues 25 girls from the gundas. The head of this gang is GAJINI. Her murder in front of Sanjay which ironically he doesn’t remember adds a lot of twist to the tale.
A few failed trails of Sanjay killing Gajini results in the destruction of the little evidence he had with him (the evidence to remind him of his revenge) and all the tattoos which helped him remember his mission in life are erased. Now the only hope for the audience who feel bad for him is the medical student. She does her job well and finally we are relieved.
It’s a movie filled with drama, action and romance. A total entertainer with an interesting story line. Watch and enjoy!
