Very bad experience with Gift Big.
I was given a Jabong Voucher by my office with Expiry date on 20th August. I tried to use it in August first week and it showed on Jabongs website as expired. I wrote to Jabongs customer care and they told to check with the site who issued the voucher.
At least 10 days before the expiry I wrote to giftbig/woohoo care. They kept delaying the request checking with one department to other finally crossing the expiry date.
After several mails and numerous promises to get back finally I was informed that they cant renew the voucher.It was clearly their fault and I have snapshots to prove that but didnt budge.Thus bad business ethics and worst customer service
