I had purchased a bunch of flowers from https://flowerpassionindia.com a day prior to Valentines day to be delivered in Chennai. The delivery time specified by me was 11:00AM. on the day of delivery(14th). I started to call them post 12:00 Noon to check why the flowers were not delivered.
The people on their customer service told me that they had no idea about my order. I gave them the order number and told them I had paid Rs.1, 700 through net baking for extremely over priced flowers. I was told sorry for the delay and the flowers will reach in sometime.
I waited for a couple of hours and called again. There was no answer, I called about a fifty times but still no answer. After researching for hours I managed to find the Website owners number on the internet. They were extremely rude. The flowers never reached the recipient and they refused to refund my money. I am still trying to call them and the owner seems to be drunk and is using abusive language.
I advice anyone reading this to never ever use their service. Your flowers will never reach, It will spoil the occasion, You will not get a refund and finally you will get to hear abusive language from a drunk man.
