Very disappointed with giftxoxo. My company had given giftxoxo e-vouchers and I wanted to buy e-vouchers of flipkart so that I wanted to gift something to my wife on her birthday. I assumed that I am going to get e-vouchers immediately and ordered flip-kart e-vouchers on Friday evening. Worse they charge 5% of the transaction( 400 rupees per 8000 worth) I received an automated mail that shocked me. It says your order is processed withing 1-5 business days. Come on, it wont take that even for physical voucher and giftxoxo is asking for 1-5 business days .
Now it is monday evening, I am yet to receive my e-voucher. Miffed, I sent an email in the afternoon and I haven’t received any reply till now. I give a call to the customer care, and executive says we dont work on weekends and your order will be processed by tomorrow. Jeez, in this age, they dont have an automated system to process e-vouchers and manually process the vouchers. And they charge 5% for what?
I am not going to recommend this to anyone. To add to that there is plenty of fake reviews here. Typical unethical behavior, not surprised after knowing the surname of the founders who are merely interested in money not on customer care.
Best to avoid.
