My husband bought me the new Gillette Venus for women shaver. The average price is $7.95, on sale he purchased it for $6.50. It comes in a plastic holder that has a case with little hinges that stores the extra blade. If you choose to purchase additional blades it will hold up to 4 of them. The plastic case is made to put in the shower, which makes it convenient to switch a blade.
The shaver has three blades that have a cushion to protect your skin while shaving. It has a blue indicator stripe that will fade away when it’s time to change your blade. The strip also contains aloe vera and vitamin E. I really like this shaver, it has a pivoting head which gives a closer shave. What really amazed me was the smoothness when I shaved my legs. It felt like I wasn’t even shaving. I checked the blade and the evidence of hair was on the blades, so I knew it was working.
This is the first shaver that I found that has ever felt so smooth to shave with and gets close to the skin. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes, you bet. I do think the price of it is a little high, but now that I have used it, I am hooked.
