I’m using Gillette mach 3 from MANY YEARS and was quite satisfied from the performance.
Three blades one lubrication strip but one day on tour I forget to take my mach three and purchased a Gillette presto satasat. Surprising! Same results, I used that blade for almost 20 time with good results where as mach 3 was giving me good results for approximately 30 days after that you are just using it because its a expensive razor and you have to PAISA VASOOL. But the quality of shave is bad whereas in case of Presto satasat when you change the razor after 20 days you are again getting good shave. Mach 3 start biting your skin after 20 shaves. If you compare the prices one cartridge of mach 3 is for Rs 95 and Gillette presto satasat is for Rs 15-16. So for Rs 95 I can have 6 razors which can give me 120 shaves whereas mach 3 will give me maximum 40 shaves. My suggestion is to go for Presto not for mach 3.
