I purchased a gas stove model GST4B, 4 burner stove. The plates on the burner are damaged so badly in just 2 months of purchase. And when contacted the service provider, the technician came home and looked into the problem. I did not hear back from them since.
When I contacted the store manager from where I purchased the stove, I got a very rude response and was arguing with me rather than listening to my concerns.
I still have no clue how I can get this resolved.
My sincere advise to everyone is not to buy any Gilma products. When they are marketing they would do with a smile, but when comes to service the smile never comes.
