I purchased the Gilma Nero 4 burner gas stove on Jan-2013 and it has two tears warranty. On Sept 2nd -2013, all burners stopped working. I raised a complaint at Gilma service center and complaint no. is 74670. Still there is no response from there, every day I am following up the request and they are saying stock is not available at stores. How many days we have to wait for that people to service? We are suffering after buying this product and we are purchasing the food from hotel everyday.
Please dont buy these type of company products as you will have to suffer. They dont know customer value.
