Hi friends I would like to share my experience with Gionee F103Pro when I bought the cell phone I was informed that I will be getting a warranty of 1 year and I can take it to the Service Centre to get it repaired after using the cell phone for about 7to 8months I started facing problem with batteries the battery is used to get drain very quickly which was not expected because it was just a new cell phone I spoke with the vendor from where I purchase the cell phone and they told me to go to the gallery I went to this gallery and they had me waiting for a long time and then they said that it is nothing to do with the cell phone but the battery is gone bad and I will have to pay for that to get a new battery as the accessories are not under warranty of 1 year but then it has a warranty of 6 months which is already expired so friends it is not about a thing which has stopped working but then it is about the promise that you do to a customer never give false information to a customer as it is very important to have a good after Sales Service if you don’t provide sales service then don’t sell the product giving false promise to the customer.
