Hi I am currently using gionee marathon M4 since almost year I was purchased it from local retailer worth of 16k and as promise phone give real hd resolution and high speed multi tasking and some other function and greasture is also amazing like screen waving, shack to close open apps etc every thing was working properly till 3-4 months after purchasing but after that real story was started when I insert second sim in other slot ( until I m using only one sim) which was 4g and problem was start from here actually not problem but it’s problems like network issue both are sim not working properly call drops , network drop are going down too much story is not end here because of network searching my phone used to heating too much automatically in pockets and now a days in gaming and even I use net by 4g sim only 5-10 min it’s heating too much and better draining instantly now days battery hardly lasting for whole day and when I was going for resolve this problems to gionee care there representative tell that this is software problem than update phone software but problems are still there but now they have no solution I got answer from that is no new software available for update now my phone warranty is over but my touch screen is automatically so I was going there but again parts are not available it means company believe only in sell not after sell service
